1/2 plain channel balance 33"

I'm afraid I can't ID your balance from these images. It seems like it once had fittings at the top and bottom at one time but that these have broken off. 

Do you have an undamaged version that we can see? If so, I will need the same picture of the top and bottom ends, as well as a picture of whatever clip or hook is at the end of the cord. Let me know if that will be possible.
