.140 Screen Spline

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Yes, the 75-008 double end screening tool can be used on .140 screen spline. The smaller concave wheel is 2" in diameter and 1/8" wide. The larger convex wheel is 2-1/2" diameter and 1/16" wide. The screen spline 59-140 is just under 9/64" in diameter, so you can use the large end of the screen tool to install it into the screen frame. When we were manufacturing screens all our installers used the 75-008 with all the different size screen splines with out any problems.
