17'' channel balance stamped 16 3 FV CMC 7

I want to replace my channel balance and I need some help identifying the part. On the one I have it says 16 3 FV CMC 7. It also has side wings on the plastic top and shoe.

Can you help me in this matter?

Good Morning,

You have a S385-17 with the option of 1630. The S385 balance has the 19-005 top and the 15-004 shoe. Take a look at those two parts to make sure they do indeed match up to your balance attachments.

I have a 26 3 FV CMC 7 custom channel balance, so a 2630? Wingless version, 17" long. IWC replacement window. Top missing, looks like I need a 19-002 top? There is only one channel balance per window, what guides go on the other side? Thank you
