1912 Awning hinges

A home owner from Kansas says:
I have some (bent) hinges on old awning basement windows. I would like to replace the hinges on one. As it is the window will open, but it can also fall out of the bent hinges and drop if I'm not careful opening it. I believe the hinges are similar to your 36-014. The house was built in 1912 and the awnings are very simple wood frames hung on these hinges that have to be propped open. Do you have a diagram of how these should be properly installed? I have an additional part like a bracket that the hinges fit into that is bent. Can it also be replaced? Or should I send a photo?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
The 36-014 hinges are made for replacement only. I don't believe you can use them for other applications. That said, please send us a photo with dimensions of your window and the parts you need to replace. That way we can help you try to repair your window if possible.
