2-3/4" IWC pivot bar

Thanks for reaching out to us, Chris. We might have a match for this pivot bar, but before I recommend anything I would like you to show me the front tip that fits in the shoe. That is a very important detail but it appears to be cut off in your photo.

Can you also tell me that which of these 5 holes actually takes a screw? Can you then measure from the center of that hole to the front tip and tell me what you get? It's uncommon for a pivot bar to use every hole available. Overall length also doesn't really matter. We don't really need to find you one that has 5 holes, we just need to find you one that uses the same screw position.
