Upper and Lower Guides - How to remove sliding mirror doors

A handy person from Fairfax, VA USA says:
Please provide guidance on how to remove mirrored sliding closet doors. Upper hanger and lower guide marked 20121. Not much clearance to lift upper roller off of track as bottom guide is locked into track. I've run upper guide screw all the way out and the door is all the way down but still not able to lift and remove the door. The upper roller does not have clearance to lift up and over. With the bottom guide in the track, the door is not flexIble enough to give the freedom remove. I'm baffled. Please help! :-)

You would first unhook the lower door guide, the 23-215, by sliding a putty knife across the track to push in the locking pins from the track and pull up. Now swing your door into the closet and lift to unhook the top rollers, the 23-196, from the top track.
