Before I order what do the Options 20TG, 20HD and 20R mean?

They are Rivco Double Hung Windows 32 years old the only number on them is 20 then down a little further is a u

The "20 U" stamp translates to our 20R stamp, for the Series S751-21 Channel Balance.

Have you confirmed your original balance to measure 21" (metal portion online)?
