To start, can you flip the balance over and show me a clear picture of the stamp? Can you also verify the precise weight of the sash? Estimations in this case unfortunately will not be sufficient. Lastly, I'd like to see a clearer photo of the hook at the top and how it connects to the metal channel.

Please also confirm how many balances altogether you needed. There is a good chance that this will have to be a custom order.
