25 5 BSI Milgard Balancer

Hello, a couple of our windows have become very difficult to open but mostly difficult to close. I am thinking the balancers need to be replaced. Does this make sense? They don't appear broken but perhaps have become weak. Please let me know if replacement parts are available, if this seems to be the problem. I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for posting, Kurt. It does sound like you need new balances, yes. We can supply them, but it will have to be a special order due to their configuration. 

Before we begin, can you tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.
