With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for your reply. I think I need 26" 380 channel balance with 2540 but it looks like out of stock now. Could you check your inventory when it comes back? Thank you.

To clarify, you mentioned that your balance measures 27", which would be the S380-27 with a 2640 strength option that is currently available for purchase.

A home owner from California, USA says:
I measured it wrong last time My balance is 26". So, which one do I need?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

That is a bit strange since this type of balance with a 26" metal channel would normally have a stamp that started with 25. If you're sure that the metal channel is exactly 26" long, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the S380-26 product description to confirm the corresponding strength option.

A home owner from California, USA says:
Omg, you are right. It's 27" again! ? Thank you for your helping!

Great, then you can go with the S380-27 balance with a 2640 strength option.
