With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances. To clarify, you mentioned that your balance measures 27", which would be the S380-27 with a 2640 strength option that is currently available for purchase. |

That is a bit strange since this type of balance with a 26" metal channel would normally have a stamp that started with 25. If you're sure that the metal channel is exactly 26" long, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the S380-26 product description to confirm the corresponding strength option. |
