The stamp on the back with 28 3 IV CMC 2. What is the replacement part?

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.
In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

Length is 30 inches width is like 5/8 of an inch and depth is 1/2 inch. The windows are out of the tracks when left open.

Thank you! Based on these photos, I would recommend our S395-29 channel balance. This is 29" long and has both a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. As long as these match up then you should be good to go!
Your old stamp of 28 3 also matches our 2830 option, so you'll want to select that before you add it to your cart.
