28" channel Balance Parts

Both 28" channel balances are still useable and ok. The plastic ends are missing (not sure what the plastic ends are called). The plastic ends that are in "Image 1475 are also damaged or missing. Also there are no clips on either side of frame. Are there any visual or written instructions on how to re-install channel balances after re-attaching end clips back on balances?

Does all of this type window have take out clips? I don't see anywhere that they would go on my windows. However, there is a small square shaped hole almost at the top of the window track.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have a suspicion of what your balance may be, but without seeing those missing nylon ends I cannot confirm. If I'm right then we absolutely have to see them in order to proceed, as it would mean you have a special configuration. Do you have an identical window in the house that has intact hardware? If so, we can use that as a reference. If not, then we cannot verify what the construction of this balance is and we will not be able to help further. It is a necessary detail.
As for take out clips, this is likely a tilt window so you wouldn't use take out clips.
