Hello! This part is called a top sash guide. I'm confident that we have a good match for this, but the piece you're showing me here is too damaged to ID a specific match.
Before I recommend anything, can you show me an undamaged version? I would specifically like to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot.
