I have taken many pictures but the metal is 29.5 inches. the width is 1/2 inch and you can see pictures of the end caps.

I just saw the qoute and wanted to know if they do not work properly will I be able to return them? I sen in 2 sets of pictures via 2 different emails. Do you have all the information you need to make them?

These balances cannot be returned for a refund, unfortunately. We are making them based on the information you have provided. I believe it is sufficient; these aren't really that complicated. As long as the balance in your photos is the one you want to replace, then we should be good to go.
