I'm not able to remove the hinge because the windows are so heavy that the removal would damage the top hinge.
The owner says that the windows are at least 25 years old.
Can you help ID these older hinges?

I'm afraid this isn't enough information to base a recommendation on. I would need a photo of the hinge installed at the very least, though please understand that if it is too obstructed then I may not be able to narrow it down by all that much. I need to just see as much of it as you are able.
