Thanks for posting. You have a special kind of balance that will need to be a custom order. If you look at the shoe, you'll note that the pulley system is built directly into it. Because of this, none of our standard parts can work in substitution.

Before we go any further, I need a bit more information. First, can you tell me how many you need? Can you also show me a picture of the metal hook that was once at the end of the cord? It looks like it snapped off. We'll have to see that before we can properly identify this Series.

Hi Rick, I'm still not certain I can make out your locking clip. Does it look like our 62-105, 62-106 or 62-108? If not, we'll need to see a better view of it.

Thanks, Rick. You may want to see if you have another window in the house that uses the same balance just to be 100% sure that hook is correct. Otherwise, that's what we'll go with. 

We have everything we need to get started. You said before that you wanted to order 6, but it will be less expensive for you if you order 10. There is a significant price drop of orders of 10+. I'll send you two order links: one for 6 and one for 10. You can then decide which one you want to go with. It's ultimately up to you.
