Thanks for posting. The replacement channel balances you need are either the S351-34 with a 1" shoe or the S390-34 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Given that your balances are stamped with a 33DS bh39, I believe you may be able to use our 3365 stamp option. Although, I would strongly recommend obtaining the exact weight of your sash prior to purchasing the balances. You'll want to be absolutely sure that the your sash weighs between 35 to 39 lbs. If it weighs anything more than that please let me know.

Thanks for confirming. Since your sash weighs 25lbs, you'll need to select the 3340 stamp for a sash weighing between 23 to 28lbs.
