3/8" diameter spiral balances red tip

I need 2 spiral window balancers. The style I have/need is a 25" long, 3/8" diameter aluminum tube, with a red tip, with markings that read "ET A 3". I will also need the inexpensive tensioning tool.

Thanks for posting, Marc. Please take a look at our S900-25 spiral balance, and the 75-006 charging tool. Do you think these might work for you? Please take a look and let me know.
