3/8 "special" casement crank? Andersen?

A handy person from Eau Claire, WI says:
I'm having a very hard time finding a pair of correct cranks for this opener. The window panes have Andersen markings in the corners, the house was built in 1964, but this addition was done in 1975 and who knows when these windows were installed. I found a universal T-handle kit that had one sleeve insert piece that fit, it was labeled as a 3/8" special spline. It works flawlessly on one side, but immediately stripped out on the side pictured in the photo because the "universal" bit was cheap plastic. The gear nub doesn't look stripped itself, but the window operator likely needs some grease also. Any suggestions?

Is it possible that the operator arms were changed to Pella? Is that a Pella size and shaft height? We're very confused and would just love windows that open for fresh Fall air. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us. This operator doesn't look like it's Pella. Is there any way you can remove it from the window and show us the whole thing together? It might be an older type of Andersen that isn't made anymore. Seeing it out of the window would help us determine what modern operator could work as a replacement.
