43" window balance

Looking to replace several of these balances. They seem to match series S380..

There is a strong likelihood that your balance may be the Series 380 but I'll need to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the string, in the middle of the balance, to confirm.
Please also double check the length of the metal channel. If it is 43", I'll also need to know the weight of the window sash.
The last piece of information you'll need to confirm is the depth of the bottom shoe; this is the front to back measurement.
