55-197 with flatter angle

I require a similar piece of vinyl but with a flatter angle than 55-197. More like 55-164, but with more of a square slot where it clips into the frame.
My original piece seems perfect, but some areas are tight yet falls out at some points in the door frame.
I'm wondering if 55-197 would snap in tighter because of the sharper angle. Do you have experience with similar issues?
The door is International brand.

End to end with the International part seems to be an exact match.
