60" bifold door assembly

The part I need for my bi-fold doors(#21-455 - 72"), but can't tell from the photo or description if the roller guides, snugger and brackets, and pins need to be ordered separately. Can I get what I need ordered today? Is it ever possible to actually talk to someone? My age and dementia make this sort of thing a challenge so my preference is to verbally confirm what I'm doing.

Instead of 21-455, you might be looking for the 23-507 kit for 72" wood bifold doors. If you're not sure, we would need to see photos of your hardware to help. Could you do that, or is there someone who could help you do it?
