West Germany, huh? I have a feeling this hinge might be a little old. Fortunately, we should still be able to help. We have a couple different hinges that are similar in style to yours. 

Start with our 32-340, which I feel is the most similar option we have. Look it over and let me know if you agree. Now, it's not exactly the same, so you may have to redrill the installation holes, but it may also work as-is. You'll have to see how it fits first to know for sure.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to say that our suggestion from March of last year has not changed. While I cannot guarantee that the 32-340 will work, it is the only option we have that comes close. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
