H-719 is stamped in the black channel guide. I found it under product code # 18-177 Channel balance guide or window sash carrier it is called. It is broken and cracked in several places

28 3 FX CMC 4 29 inch pulley system

1/2 " channel

Basically I would like to order the parts for one window to see if indeed this will make them functioning windows.=

Thanks for posting! I agree, the 18-177 looks like a good match. Just make sure the dimensions are the same. I'm not sure what the balance is. It appears you only have pictures of the bottom nylon attachment. Can I also see a picture of the top nylon attachment? Thanks!

Here are photos of the nylon end pieces. I need to now how to identify the balance information and anything else you require to make a determination on my needs here. Thanks a lot!

Thank you! Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. Since this doesn't match any of our standard Series, your balance will have to be specially made.

Before I can work on that, though, I'll need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.
