A bunch of these pivot lock shoes have broken off on our windows.

Question

At least 3 have broken at the tops where a hook would have connected them to the channel balance. We can't find any kind of identifying marks on the windows themselves to identify the brand.

There are three lines of text embossed on the plastic.

Do you have replacements, and installation instructions?

We cannot replace this specific style of shoe, unfortunately. Our only solution is to replace the entire channel balance with our Series 795. I apologize for the inconvenience.
