Please identify which replacement I need. I need to replace both sides. 11600- 2 C85 6#23 183

Visible glass chart suggests replace with 737, however the guidance I see that you provided to someone else indicates the based on marking this should be 637. what's the real difference between the 2?

The difference between them is how much weight they can support. Glass size isn't the most reliable way to identify a balance. There are multiple variables that are very difficult to account for. Going by your stamp of "6#23" I would recommend the 24-637.
