A w double hung window

I need a balancer for my window #'s I can read 11600-3, 11600-17, C426#31687, can't identify what balancer to get. Thanks Dean

The 24-637 replaces Andersen 6#31 balances. I think this is what you're looking for.

I have an Anderson Window bought in the 90's.
The Anderson Swash/window Balances are 11600-17
and they indicate at the end where they are attached to the top of the window.
is;

827 1 K63 3 92
and
827 3 K60 3 92

Do I need both and is one right and the other left?

The window is a double hung window about 32 X 27 inch.

Hello! Both balances have the 827 stamp, which means you can use our 24-837 to replace each one. This balance can work for either left or right handed applications interchangeably, so there's no worry there.
