Acce-weld 2300 balance broken 5r written on part

I have an accu-weld window. The balance is broken. 5R is written on the balance.

Can you please help me locate the replacement part?

I can assist, but there are so many different balances that this number can't narrow it down. Can I see a photo of the balance you're looking to source?

Thanks! Looks like a coil balance. It's tough to tell what it is without seeing it out of the window, but it looks pretty close to our Series 140. Based on your stamp, I would start by looking at our S140-5.

I likely need both left and right.

I don't know how to take it out, can you point me in the correct direction?

Sure, see the video below. The coil balance featured here is different but the principle behind removal is the same.
