Acorn Window

Acorn window will not stay up. I believe there is a part with a spring in it that is not operating properly on the left side.

It looks like you might need new window balances. Are these tilt or non-tilt windows? From there I'll narrow down what you might need to do to ascertain the right replacements.

Then I believe you need either our Series 900 or Series 600 Spiral Balances. Watch the videos below that show both how to remove and replace these balances, as well as how to further identify the right replacement.
