Acorn Windows ??

Looks like a double hung sash window lock but fits slider Aluminum Frame windows.
Home was built in 1986.
Looks like it matches your 90-025 (9o-020?) lock

It's hard to say based on a broken lock but I agree that the 90-025 lock and 90-114 keeper look similar to your parts. As long as the dimensions on our product pages match up to yours, you should be good to go. Thank you!
