We're looking for 2 channel balance bars for an Alcan window. The bottom sash is 31.5"H x 46.5"W (4050 total window size).
The dimensions for the metal portion of the channel balance bars are 29" tall and 9/16" wide.

We may be able to help, but your balance is unfortunately too damaged to properly ID. The main details we have to consider here are the top and bottom nylon fittings. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version of both? Can you also show me the stamp? That will allow us to narrow down the list of available replacement options.

The metal bar is exactly 29" long and 9/16" wide. Plastic piece extends another 1/2".

Thank you. I'm afraid these photos are just of the bottom fitting. We also need to see the top fitting before we can recommend anything. I know it seems like a small detail, but it's essential.
Your stamp, 2805, is also very peculiar. It might indicate a special calibration spring. With that in mind, I will also need to know the exact weight of the sash so that we know how to calibrate these. You can do that by placing your sash on a scale; any common bathroom scale should do.
