Alenco window balances

A quick learner from Pearland, Texas says:
November 5, 2020

I am trying to find replacement window balances for my Alenco windows installed in 1998. The tube is 29" long and 3/8 " diameter. There are no markings on the tube. Can you help identify a replacement from the photo or do you need more information.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but I'd like to see a close-up photo of the clip at the end of the spiral to confirm your best replacement option. Also, there should be a tip color at the bottom of the balance tube indicating the strength of the balance. Thank you!

There is not a tip showing but looking in the tube it looks red.
