As you can see in the pictures the cam is broken. Typical issue unfortunately. The spring is working properly. Can just the shoe and cam be ordered independently.

This looks like a 15-175 Pivot Shoe to me. This shoe uses our Series 152 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
