Dunno what this little part is but its broke on 2 windows, both sides. Its at the top of the window

This appears to be a type of tilt latch, but I've never seen anything like this before. We definitely don't have a good match.

You may want to consider using a surface-mount tilt latch as a possible alternative. The video below will show you how this can be done. It does take some handiwork, but it may be your best option right now.
