American craftsman pivot bar

A home owner from Maryland says:
I have double hung American Craftsman new construction windows installed in 1999. Don't know model number. Window size is approximately 3' wide x 4' 4" tall. The pictures show where the missing part goes. The part is rusted away and missing but I believe it I was the pivot bar. It is installed by one screw on the bottom of window

Bob from SWISCO responded:

It indeed looks like you need a new pivot bar. American Craftsman windows use a few different kinds, so could you remove one from an undamaged window and show us? From there we should be able to ID what you need.
