Andersen Renewal Window Parts Needed

A home owner from Chicago IL says:
I'm trying to find a replacement for an old Andersen split arm (roto?) crank. Our Andersen windows were installed in 1999 and they seem to have hardware made by Amerock as identified by their logo on the back together with the number F-9970A-8.

Any help / recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

This crank operator is off an Andersen Renewal Line window, serial 918307002, 10-17-05. I needed the right and left parts. Thanks for your help.

Thank you both for your patience in this matter. We have been unable to come up with an exact replacement for these strange operators. After conferring with Andersen, the closest replacement we have been able to come up with is our 39-264. You might need the 39-362 adapter, but I am not sure. Take a look and let me know what you think.

I have the company who put the windows in coming to service the broken parts next Monday. Apparently the parts are under warranty. I think there maybe a ten year warranty on the arms.

I need to replace a couple of these Renewal by Andersen operators. I know this post is dated 2013. Curious if there is a replacement or if anyone has had success retro fitting the 39-246 part.
