can you suggest a part number for the balance on my Andersen Narrowline double-hung /window. Visible glass area of each sash is 28-1/2" W x 28" H. Overall sash is 30-7/8" W x 31-1/2" H. Window was installed in 1998.
Are these balances sold in pairs? One of the sash cords snapped - I'm guessing the other won't be far behind.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove the original balance assembly and show us or write out the numbers stamped on it, which we can use to determine the correct replacements. Also, these balances are sold individually but we do recommend replacing both sides at the same time. Thank you.
