We may be able to help, but in order to make a recommendation I will need you to remove the existing balance box from the top jamb and show me a clear picture of each stamp printed on it. There is one stamp in particular that we use to ID the right match, but it always seems to be in a different spot and is often written differently from window to window. That's why we have to see every stamp printed, just to eliminate the field of possibilities. 

Please let me know if that would be possible.
