Hi
I need assistance finding the replacement parts for this active window that is very difficult to latch and also is not gliding on the track correctly.
It's probably 10-15 years old at least.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove the taped note and show us a full view of the handle? Can we also see the other side of the handle and how it locks onto the window?

Unfortunately, these photos do not provide any new information. We need to see how the lock engages to secure the window. It would be best if we could see it removed from the window.
