Original window needs sash balance replaced. Is there a way to determine the balance before taking it apart?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify your balance from these photos. The only way for us to do so would be to see the undamaged balance removed from the window. We will also need to see all of the stamps printed on the assembly.
