Anderson Window Hardware

Question

We have 1987 Anderson windows that need the inside "guts" we have the crank handles to replace but they won't catch on. Not sure what we need for them.  I will send a picture.

Sounds like you need an all new operator. We should be able to help, but before I recommend anything I would like a clear picture of the complete mechanism. You don't have to remove it from the frame for that, but I do need you to open it and show me as much of it as you can.
