Anderson Window Sash Dyad Crank

A home owner from Lake Charles, Louisiana says:
I have a window in my home that I believe to be an Anderson window but I cannot be positive. The window is hinged on the right sied and cranks out with a white operator. After looking at your catalog, it appears to be a code # 39-188. I cannot tell the lenth of the arm as it is rusted off. The arm and gear appear to be made of carbon steel as they are rusted. The housing and cran appear to be a cast material that is not rusting. My operator is white in color. If you think this is a correct replacement, I want to order the 39-188 operator, a 39-114L Handle A Dyad Gasket, S/S screws - what is the 70-165 Flush clip? Will I need it?
