I know this isn't much information but if you could please just give me some direction I can figure out the rest....

We carry a few different operators that have the same style base as this, but they all differ in terms of the arm style, which is not visible in your photos. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a clear picture that shows the whole operator in one shot? Please make sure it is not obstructed by any part of the sash or frame. Thanks!
