Hi there!

I'm afraid the 11600-17 number doesn't tell us what we need to know. Are there any other stamps on your balance? I think I see some faded numbers on the far edge of your balance, could you take a clear picture of that and show us?

I took the other balance off and was able to come up with another number.

I went to Bishop Eustace, donate blood at the Red Cross on Rt 70 and have a pretty good idea where you guys are located. If it would help I can drop the 2 balances off for you guys to inspect.

Please see our 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. We recommend this for balances marked with "1031."
