Anderson window sash balances and upper sash plastic trim piece.

Question

I require six sash balances. Two each for each of three windows. The windows are Anderson and are 24 years old.

The open glass area for the bottom sliding window in each case are as follows:

Window one: 20.5 inches wide and 28.25 inches tall
Window two: 28.25 inches wide and 28 inches tall
Window three: 24.5 inches wide and 28 inches tall

I would also like to replace the top plastic sash casement once removed as the plastic has become brittle over time.

Can you please assist me with part numbers and pricing for ordering ?

Thanks for posting. Based on your window measurements, I would recommend our 24-737 for the first one, 24-1033 for the second one, and 24-837 for the third one. However, recommending Andersen balances based on sash size alone isn't the most reliable method. If you want us to confirm, show us pictures of the stamps for each balance.
