Anderson window wash assist tilt

Question

Anderson apparently no longer makes these parts.  I have contacted them and they only carry shorter, gray pieces that don't work.  They slide in and out of the sash easy, but are at least 20 years old and have become brittle.  Is there any way of replacing them?

Thanks for posting! The best option we have as a replacement is part 20-020 however, there aren't any guarantees that it will work as a replacement. Look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing hardware to determine if it might be a fit.

There is a chance that you may have better luck at a local Andersen supplier. Especially if the recommended part would not be a fit. Take a look and see what you think.
