Antique casement window sash latch

Refinishing solarium windows in a circa 1930 "Home for the Aged", lots of the casement latches are missing and need to find replacements

I'm afraid we don't have any lock quite like this. It's likely far too old for us to find an exact match. Could you possibly use something like our 90-152? This is another old style casement window lock that looks like it might work on the same principle (more or less). Look it over and let me know what you think.
