Thank you for posting. I don't really recognize this tilt latch. If at all possible, could I see a few pictures of one that's undamaged and removed from the window? I would also like to know its dimensions.

Tom :

Indeed this same Atrium tilt window latch. I have a couple of windows with broken latches & would like to purchase two right side &two left side latches if you can identify then . If possible could you tell me how to remove the broken ones and install the new ones. Thanks

I suspect that the visible latch in the picture above is just the thumb lever for an inside tilt latch. If you want, tilt the sash in and take a picture of the end of the latch. If I can see it head-on, I might have a better idea what it is and what can be used to replace it.

If I'm correct, and these are inside latches, then removing them entirely will require taking off the top cap of the sash itself. But I would like to confirm first, just in case.

Thank you! Okay, looks like it's surface mounted instead of an inside latch, like we originally thought. I think you should consider our 26-344 top tilt latch. This looks like it could match, but you may have to redrill one or both of the holes in order to install it.
