Awning Window Closure

A home owner from Brooklyn, NY says:

I'm looking to replace the closure arm for my Andersen awning windows. The sea air has destroyed them. the windows are 33 1/2 inches wide and the arm looks to be about 11 inches long. Attached are some photos. Can you advise on what parts I need to buy from your company? Thanks - Paul

Your operator resembles either the Andersen  39-343 or 39-099 , depending on the year that your window was installed. Please note that the arm measures 9" long as shown below. We also offer the 39-459 kit, which includes the folding handle and base shown in your photos. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
