Is it possible to replace an awning window lock pin. The plastic that holds the pin breaks over time as it degrades. Seems like a simple fix but can't find the part.

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid I don't recognize this locking assembly at first glance. Can you show me how and where it installs? Is there an undamaged version you can proffer for view? We'll do our best to ID what you're working with from there. Many thanks.

Top side and
Bottom side on intact window

The 1st 3 pics are plastic pieces and metal pin that have broken and pin has fallen out.

Thanks for clarifying. I see what you mean now. Unfortunately, replacing these individual components is not possible at this time. The manufacturer only supplies these operators as complete assemblies. I'm afraid that's all we can offer. See our 39-037, 39-069, and 39-070 for three possible options.
